Privacy/GDPR

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, as well as your login information, email address, password, computer and connection details, and purchase history.

We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, the length of visits to specific pages, page interaction data, and methods used to navigate away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, and communications); payment details (including credit card information); comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile information.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com's data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council —a joint effort of brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time; therefore, please review it regularly. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Booking

Please review all of the information you have submitted or will submit in respect of your booking before you make a booking request.

By submitting a booking request, you confirm that all of the information you submit is accurate, true and complete. By submitting your booking request, you are offering to enter into a contract for attendance at the Event. We reserve the right to reject any booking request we receive.

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, the refund policy for events is as follows: Cancellation 4-2 weeks before the event: 50% of the fee will be refunded; cancellation less than 2 weeks before the event: no refund will be provided.

All places at Events are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Events are subject to cancellation or rescheduling at our discretion. If the Event is cancelled in its entirety, we will credit any event fees paid to you as soon as possible. If the time, date, venue or content of the Event is changed after your booking, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your booking.

We shall not be liable for any additional loss or damage resulting from such cancellation or changes.

We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the operation of our contract with you if events occur that are beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we shall not be responsible for any breach of contract, nor for any loss or damage resulting from such an event.

Any typographical, clerical or other similar accidental error or omission made by us in respect of your booking shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.

We reserve the right to change the terms under which we make Events available from time to time without notice to you. Any subsequent booking requests you may make will be subject to these changes.

Our events are for 18+.

It is the client's responsibility to inform us and the venue at which the event is being held of any medical conditions or food allergies.

CreARTive Events will not be liable for any loss or injury that may occur at one of our events.

We reserve the right to change the terms under which we make Events available from time to time without notice to you. Any subsequent booking requests you may make will be subject to these changes.

Cancellation

Payment is required in full at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, the refund policy for CreARTive Events is as follows:

Cancellation 4-2 weeks before the event: 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the event: no refund will be provided.
